No Show Policy :-
- In case the guest holds a booking but doesn't arrive on the arrival date then the 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and the hotel will charge the entire amount from the guest.
Group Cancellation Policy :-
- If Cancellation is done 45 days before check in we will refund 90% of the amount . If cancellation is done 25 days before check-in we will refund 45% of the amount . If cancellation is done less than 25 days in advance then we charge 100% of the amount.
