Cancellation & Refund Policy

FIT / Individual Cancellation Policy

  • If Cancellation is done 7 days before check in we will refund 95 % of the amount (5 % adjusted for transfer charges).
  • If cancellation is done less than 7 days and 2 days before check-in we will refund 45% of the amount (5 % adjusted for transfer charges).
  • If cancellation done less than 2 days in advance then we charge 100% of the amount.

Group Cancellation Policy (10 Persons and More)

  • If Cancellation is done 45 days before check in we will refund 95% of the amount (5 % adjusted for transfer charges).
  • If cancellation is done 25 days before check-in we will refund 45% of the amount (5 % adjusted for transfer charges).
  • If cancellation done less than 25 days in advance then we charge 100% of the amount.

No Show Policy
In case the guest holds a booking but doesn't arrive on the arrival date then the 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and the hotel will charge the entire amount from the guest.

Credit Card Payments
Payments made through credit cards shall be refunded as per above cancellation policy and it will still take a maximum of 2-3 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card statement.

The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.
